Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a new sales and marketing coordinator to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join us and play a key role in the development of our company brand and securing of new business.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with inbound enquiries from both new and existing clients
  • Developing new business by identifying and following through new opportunities
  • Working with the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets to ensure business growth and development
  • Extracting and maintaining customer contact details for marketing communication
  • Regular reporting on sales activity
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients
  • Representing the company at industry exhibitions
  • Create and manage all social media content
  • Uploading content on the website and keeping documents up to date
  • Organise, plan, and deliver company marketing campaigns
  • Produce creative and engaging content for website, marketing materials and advertisements
  • Creating marketing materials to showcase successful projects (Case studies, photos, etc.)
  • Develop and update artwork templates for social media, email footers, etc.
  • SEO Optimisation

Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • A positive attitude.
  • Previous experience dealing with stakeholders
  • Clear, effective communication skills.
  • A strong sense of initiative and a keen eye for detail
  • Good time management and an ability to plan ahead
  • Confident, outgoing, and organised to work alongside a busy team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with clients
  • Ability to pursue high standards, recognise improvement opportunities and learn from experience
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft applications e.g., word and excel
  • Industry knowledge in the Electrical Power Sector (Desirable but not essential)
