ESE WIN PRESTIGIOUS CONTRACT IN THE HEART OF BELFAST
Engineered Systems (Electrical) Ltd have recently been appointed to carry out the design, installation, testing and commissioning of a new 915kVA import connection for Erskine House, a new retail and office block in the centre of Belfast.
ESE’s tender and connection team’s scrupulous knowledge of the Northern Ireland Electricity Networks policies and specification and highly competitive pricing structure ensured we beat the competition to becoming the first Independent Connection Provider (ICP) appointed to carry out a connection of this type in Northern Ireland, further proving ourselves as an ICP market leader and adding to our diverse portfolio of projects in this sector.
Working closely with the client, consultant and build contractor, ESE will design, install, test and commission a 6.6/0.415kV 1000kVA unit substation to Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE) policies and specifications, for them to adopt upon completion.
With a programmed building open date of Spring 2019, we have a tight schedule. With this in mind we’ve assigned our resources, and have already made a start on liaising with NIE to produce a design for the contestable element, with a programmed on-site start date of late October 2018.
Keep your eyes peeled for further news regarding this project.
